The Curtis Brothers Quartet will travel to Bangladesh, India, and Sri Lanka in February 2006 as U.S. State Department/Jazz at Lincoln Center American Musical Envoys. The group includes the founding members of the Latin Jazz band Insight (Zaccai Curtis – piano, Luques Curtis – bass, Reinaldo de Jesus – congas, and Richie Barshay – drums) and will be visiting U.S. embassies and consulates giving performances and workshops for local audiences.

The quartet will also be performing in early 2006 at Lincoln Center in New York, and at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. (details coming soon)
